Scan Credits are the free weekly credits used for account scans only. Pro Credits come with Pro, Recon, and Business plans and can be used for account scans, Comment Analysis, and Focused Fix Plan actions.
What is Comment Analysis?+
Comment Analysis is a paid public-comment report. It reads comments on eligible sampled posts and groups them into practical categories such as useful intent, emotional reactions, generic praise, spam or promo asks, repeated wording, and brand risk.
How many credits does Comment Analysis cost?+
An account scan costs 1 Pro Credit. Comment Analysis costs 4 Pro Credits per eligible post, up to 6 posts per run, with the highest-comment posts selected first. The app shows the exact total before you spend anything.
What are Focused Fix Plan actions?+
Focused Fix Plan actions are paid recommendations for what to do next after a weak signal. Signal Fix Plan, Dead Post Simulation, and Follower Ratio Coaching each cost 1 Pro Credit on Pro, Recon, and Business plans.
When do my credits reset?+
Free credits reset every Monday. Pro, Recon, and Business paid credits reset on the 1st of each month.
Do purchased credit packs expire?+
Yes. Purchased packs expire 12 months after purchase and are consumed oldest-first. Packs are $4.99 / 20 Scan Credits on Free, or $4.99 / 20, $9.99 / 50, and $19.99 / 120 Pro Credits on paid plans. Pack credits survive tier changes and convert 1:1 across the free/paid boundary.
Can I buy a plan or credits from this website?+
No. Accounts and purchases are managed entirely inside the ProfileSpy app. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, sign up with your phone number and a one-time code, and buy credits or a plan from there — this website never processes payments or registrations.
How do I get a Business plan?+
Use the Business tier Request a Call link or call +1 (425) 773-8355. Business pricing is volume-based and quoted on the call, with sales-assisted onboarding and custom credit planning.
Can I cancel or get a refund?+
Pro and Recon subscriptions are billed through the app stores and can be canceled from your Apple or Google account settings. You keep access through the period you've already paid for. Refunds follow App Store and Google Play policies for your region.
